Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Santa Fe Springs, CA

Compliance Training Group is seeking a high-performance Sales Account Representative with a passion to help our clients create and maintain safe and healthy workplaces.

Your focus will be on generating revenue from new and existing clients. New client acquisition will be supported by your ability to convert marketing generated leads into new business. You will also be responsible for retaining and growing existing client relationships.

As a Sales Account Representative at Compliance Training Group, you will:

• Rapidly respond to incoming inquiries and qualify their need for our services via phone call, website, and email.
• Manage, interact, and follow-up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met and the opportunity is closed.
• Research and qualify leads leveraging various resources and tools (ex. LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)
• Educate prospective clients on available business solutions and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Strategically customize pricing and service offerings around client's needs to maximize revenue and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Prepare proposals in a timely manner and negotiate, as necessary, to close an opportunity.
• Annotate and maintain accurate client information within the company's CRM system according to management's guidelines.
• Perform demonstrations of the products and services to prospective clients.
• Work with the Sales leadership to develop strategies to maximize new business and monthly goals.
• Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
• Continually drive sales goals and department expectations.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant position
• Documented record of sales achievements
• Highly skilled at retaining and cultivating existing and new business
• Effective follow-up process and time management skills
• Tech savvy including experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in business suite computer programs and proposal generation software (ex. MS Office Suite, PandaDoc, etc.)
• Self-motivated and highly driven
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to business owners and key executives
